It is an excellent hormone balancer, helps so much with PMMD, cramps, fatigue, energy, bloating, etc. I was inspired to extract these plants from my returning moon cycle after giving birth to my second child and experienced a very heavy, intense, and uncomfortable few days.     • Cramp Bark (viburnum opulus), known to relieve discomfort from cramping. Properties include muscle relaxant, nervous system support, improves circulation, and aids in a sedative effect.

    • vitex berries (vitex agnus-castus) may improve headaches, migraines, fertility, vaginal dryness, PMDD, PMS, painful cycles, hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety, depression, frequent cycles (luteal phase defect), fibrocystic breasts, and sleep disturbances by exhibiting an effect on the pituitary gland to produce luteinizing hormone (LH), which is the hormone that triggers ovulation and the development of the corpus luteum.
